MCFleet Server (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims and how copyright holders can submit a takedown notice.
- Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content hosted on https://mcfleetserver.com/ (the “Site”) or provided through our services infringes upon your copyright, you (or your agent) may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent, as set forth below.
To be effective, your notification (“DMCA Notice”) must be a written communication and include substantially the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the infringing content).
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will:
Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
Notify the alleged infringer (the “User”) that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
Take reasonable steps to notify the User if they are a repeat infringer.
- Designated Copyright Agent
Please send your DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at the following address:
Designated Copyright Agent:

Email: [email protected]
Please note: Only DMCA notices should be sent to this email address. Other inquiries will not receive a response through this channel. For general inquiries, please use our standard contact methods. - Counter-Notification
If your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Notice and you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent (contact information above).
To be effective, your counter-notification must be a written communication and include substantially the following information:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which MCFleet Server may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification. The complaining party then has 10 business days to inform us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the User from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Site. If we do not receive such notification within 10 business days, we may replace the removed material or restore access to it.

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined by MCFleet Server to be repeat infringers. - Disclaimer
